For many of our clients, time to get in our workouts is priority. I can completely relate to this as we are all busy with life. So, we don’t want to spend another hour of mobility. Being specific to what you need is so important to stay on top of things when it comes to recovery and healing. Therefore, finding a proper sequence of movements or exercises that can easily and quickly be implemented is so valuable. This is one of my own go to movements and exercises that I use pre and post workout. It is also a sequence that I routinely provide to my clients in the rehab setting. Take a look and enjoy.
